His experience spans corporate operations, business transactions, commercial agreements, financing arrangements, employment matters, and risk management. He also handles complex real estate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial disputes.

With experience in both transactional law and commercial litigation, Hayden brings a well-rounded perspective to his clients’ legal needs. He understands how business decisions, contractual obligations, and potential disputes intersect, allowing him to provide thoughtful counsel that considers both immediate needs and long-term objectives. As a licensed real estate broker, he also brings practical industry knowledge to real estate transactions and development matters.

Hayden earned his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and a Master of Public Administration, with an emphasis in managerial finance and data science, from the university’s Marriott School of Business.
